About This Beer
Revel Spirit of the Woods is a gin‑botanical cider made with Ontario apples and a blend of juniper, lemon, thyme, basil and lavender. The result channels the bright, herbal lift of a classic G&T over a dry, tart cider base. Packaged in a 355 ml can and commonly listed around 6.9% ABV, this small‑batch release has been offered through Bellwoods’ shop as a guest cidery feature.
Tasting Notes
Lifted aromas of lemon peel, juniper and wild herbs float over a crisp apple core. The palate is dry and lively, with citrus, piney juniper and subtle floral notes of lavender and basil. Finishes tart and refreshing with a gently botanical bitterness.
